SPECIAL EVENTS: 


Whiskey Tasting: $35.00

Saturday, November 9th, 2019 | 2:00 PM & 3:00 PM at The Whiskey Project

IrishFest Atlanta is pleased to announce our partnership with The Whiskey Project to present a special curated premium whiskey tasting!  George McClellan will be on hand to offer a unique historical perspective.  George is an author, bagpiper, historian and commentator as well as a long-term member of the Burns Club of Atlanta and the Metropolitan Atlanta Police Emerald Society (to name a few).  

There will be 2 tastings offered lasting approximately 45minutes per tasting, and priced separately at  $35.00 per person. Flight number one begins at 2pm and will include an Irish Flight that will showcass the diversity of the flavors in the Irish whiskey industry. Flight number two at 3pm highlights different approaches to whiskey making influenced by local crops and tastes. Each tasting includes 3 different whiskeys.  Please order tickets online, pricing increased at the door.

Join the Hibernian Benevolent Society of Atlanta and Consul General of Ireland, Shane Stephens, for this very popular annual event.  Experience an authentic "Irish Tea", with hot tea, and delicious homemade cakes and scones.  The Hibernian Benevolent Society of Atlanta was founded in 1858, is Atlanta's oldest Irish organization, and promotes Irish culture throughout Atlanta.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about Ireland and Irish culture.
